PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

 

  1. Read CME Information.
  2. Attend/Participate in Sessions – credit given commensurate with attendance.
  3. Log onto the following URL:   https://online-med-edu.com/cis/020825/cme 
  4. Complete evaluation, credit request form, ABIM MOC request (if applicable), and download or print credit statement/certificate. MOC credit will appear in your ABIM account within 30 days after successful completion of your request. 


Participants have 60 days to claim credit. 

ABIM MOC points will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit.

PHYSICIAN CONTINUING EDUCATION

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CMEsolutions, LLC and Gaffney Events. The CMEsolutions, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.


The CMEsolutions designates this live activity for a maximum of  7.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

MOC RECOGNITION

 American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) MOC


Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.


American Board of Surgery (ABS) MOC


Successful completion of this CME activity enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME requirements of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.


MOC points will be reported within 30 days of claiming credit
